Sotra switched to Lawcloud at the beginning of 2025 to make file management more efficient.

Familiar environment

Lawcloud provides us with a solution to have all information in a file, including the extensive email traffic, centrally available. Thanks to the Outlook plugin, this now works much more smoothly. The handy document previewer allows us to scroll through files very quickly. The ability to create folder structures ensures that the environment feels familiar.

Convenient functionalities

For the lawyers leading a team, the review queue provides a solution to the issue of internal emails unnecessarily filling up the inbox. Thanks to the handy features for tasks and to-dos, there is a better overview of priorities and outstanding points.
