Your profile

-  You speak Dutch fluently and have sufficient command of English

-  You have previous experience in a customer-support role

-  You are proficient in contemporary software applications

-  You are a quick learner

-  You are passionate about IT and highly motivated to find a solution or workaround to any problem and think with us creatively

-  You’re a team player: you consult with your colleagues and share your knowledge

-  It’s your ambition to become even better through learning and investigating

Knowledge of the following things is a bonus

-  Experience in supporting and training the users of a CRM/ERP application

-  Some basic knowledge of HTML

-  Some knowledge of the legal sector

-  Basic knowledge of invoicing/accounting

-  Previous experience with a ticketing system such as Zendesk
